Saturday Shoot
Headed off with Mum, Auntie Katie and Ollie again today to the shoot nr Basingstoke. It was bitterly cold and we drove through thick fog. Thankfully when we arrived the fog had lifted.
Mark was there with the lovely Meeka, a 2 year old Vizsla girlie that I rather like. We had a bit of a mad dash around the field together, she is really friendly and bouncy, we had kisses and cuddles.
She is a very clever dog and does lots of field trials and stuff with her daddy, she came 4th last week in a field trial, wow I'm mega impressed. Mum said I should take note of how well behaved she is!
The shooting season is nearly over now and Mum said we have two more shoots to work on, it goes so quickly. I'm not going to have time to get bored though as Mum has lots of training lined up for me as, according to her, I'm getting a bit too big for my boots (but I dont wear any boots mum!) and need to learn to toe the line a bit more and listen to what I'm being told to do and not go off on my own mission. Just 'cos I think I know what I'm doing doesnt mean I can do it, I'm supposed to wait until Mum says so, ok Mum will try harder - well maybe!
Here I am sitting, under sufference, waiting for the next drive to start
